What’s the deal with our prices?

Every once and a while we get some feedback about our prices being high.  I’d like to illustrate why our prices are slightly higher than average.

First and foremost we aren’t average at all.  Our cocktails are prepared with scratch ingredients.  Nothing comes out of a soda gun as all of our mixers are high quality bottled or canned drinks.  There is no well.  All of our spirits would be construed as call liquors or a lot of the times even top shelf.

And then on to our food.  Several of our patrons have commented both while at our establishment, as well as, publicly reviewing that our Charcuterie/Cheese board is the best they’ve ever had in their lives.  To accomplish such a feat requires sourcing food from 7 different distributors in order to accomplish the perfect pairings with the quality we expect.

We aren’t a watering hole

The environment we have created is about enjoying yourself and those you are with.  The 200 board game library is there for you to stimulate your mind, while the food and drink are there to stimulate your palette. Most of our patrons don’t want to have more than one or two drinks and we expect that you want the taste to be high quality.   Your typical watering hole will throw a cheap well liquor in a cup and spray some mixer out of a gun in it.  Charge less than $5 and after the first couple, they all taste the same anyways.  We aren’t discriminating against this, but this just isn’t our approach.  We also realize this isn’t for everyone and we appreciate that as well.  If you do try us, we hope that you will appreciate the attention to detail, the quality of our ingredients, and how much fun you can have playing games with your friends the old fashioned way.
