The Fifty-Niner is a nod to the history of Old Colorado City. In 1859, the prospectors came to Colorado from California in search of gold. They were called the 59ers. Our historic building is located directly across from the original Territory Colorado Capital.

The Fifty-Niner is a hidden speakeasy in the back of The Dice Guys Game Store. And to carry on the game store theme, there is a 200 game library to choose from. So, come sit, sip, munch, and play the old fashion way.

Our signature house drink comprised of Bourbon, splash of Topo Chico, freshly squeezed lemon, honey, and garnished with a sprig of mint dusted with edible gold flake.
The Saltire

What's that in the sky? It's a bird, it's a plane, it's superman. No, it's Saltire, the only Scottish superhero, who needed love so much that we named a drink after him. This is our take on an Old Fashioned with quite a bit of flair of course. Scotch, aromatic bitters, orange bitters, maple syrup, smoked with apple wood, and topped with a filthy cherry.
Monopoly the 59er Edition

The only place you will find Monopoly back here is on the rocks. Gin, Chareau, elderflower, and sparkling grapefruit.
